I am Mujer de Parto a traditional birth attendant, womb care practitioner and maternal health researcher, providing Full Spectrum Birth Support & Holistic Reproductive Care for Women in NYC. My work is deeply influenced by my Borikwa heritage, ancestral practices, cultural tradition, and the understanding that women’s bodies carry wisdom that deserves to be trusted.

My journey into this work is not only professional it is lived. I have experienced birth in the medical complex, in birthing centers, and in the intimacy of my own home. These experiences allow me to support women with a perspective that bridges worlds clinical awareness and traditional knowing. As a researcher, I have contributed to maternal health articles and journals, grounding my practice in both evidence and lived experience.

I provide a holistic approach to reproductive care, one rooted in a deep ancestral calling and wisdom that honors the sacredness of birth and la cuarentena the postpartum period of healing, protection, and renewal.
